Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to comprehensively explain the company's range of services and offerings.
  • Engage in proactive follow-up with clients through email and WhatsApp, providing competitive pricing for our services.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure that client service delivery consistently meets high-quality standards and adheres to specified timelines.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills by effectively explaining our services and processes to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the company's goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to assess competitive products and identify market trends.
  • Design and execute effective marketing plans for our suite of products.
  • Collaborate with media representatives and sponsors to optimize the reach of marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Address client inquiries regarding product specifications and applications.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track and analyze sales data to ensure the company consistently achieves sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales performance reports.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive, with a track record of successful sales ventures (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in modern marketing techniques, showcasing an understanding of contemporary marketing strategies.
  • High-level communication and networking skills, enabling effective interactions and relationship building.
  • A passion for sales, combined with the motivation to drive sales performance.
  • A deep understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies, staying updated with industry developments.
  • Proficient in project management, with the ability to efficiently oversee multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions with clients and colleagues.
