Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an active presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Implement audience retention and engagement strategies on various social media platforms, cultivating meaningful interactions with our target audience.
• Ensure consistent branding of FFLSPL on various social media sites to reflect the company's mission and values.
• The digital marketing executive work includes planning, executing, and optimizing paid media marketing campaigns, and monitoring campaign performance to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Work alongside the content team to develop compelling and easily shareable content for social media, encompassing posts, articles, and visuals.
• Track and assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns through analytics tools, delivering routine reports and offering insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to align social media content with SEO strategies for improved online visibility.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and innovations, implementing best practices and emerging techniques.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and developers, for cohesive digital marketing campaigns.
• Regularly update content on social media pages and the company website to maintain customer awareness and engagement.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; we also consider applications from any specialization. 
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, freshers can also apply.
• The digital marketing executive work requires strong expertise in social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with content marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies is a bonus.
• Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
