Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria for vacant positions.
  • Source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, recruitment sites, job boards, and social networks.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Update job specifications and job information for available profiles, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that align with the requirements of each position.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment activities.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs across various departments.
  • Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
  • Efficiently manage attendance and leave records.

     
Talent Acquisition Specialist Skills & Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in full-cycle recruitment;
  • Familiarity with utilizing social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview techniques and evaluation methods to identify top talent.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) to efficiently manage candidate information and application data.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations, enabling precise candidate assessment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, (open to any specialization) showcasing a strong educational foundation.
