Role & responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues. Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform backups, manage DNS settings for domain controllers.
• Configure VMware virtualization environment for server OS installations.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory issues related to user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
   

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of Windows System Administration tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/laptop computers.
• Proficiency in performing backups and resolving complex technical issues.
• Must be proficient in English and Hindi both.
